Features
What Myntory can do today. The list grows with every version; below you can see what was added recently.
Capture
- Quick capture with a photo straight from the camera; photos are resized automatically.
- Items with brand, model, serial number, purchase price, replacement value, warranty and notes; brands you have entered before are suggested.
- Vehicles with number plate, MOT and servicing; bikes and e-bikes with drive, battery, frame number and inspection.
- Collections (e.g. watches, art, coins) with matching fields and value history.
- Invoices, receipts, manuals and policies as photo or file, also multi-page; one receipt for several items.
Overview
- Overview with total value, value per location and a hint about possible underinsurance.
- Replacement value and current value side by side, so you can see how much an item has lost in value.
- Locations such as flat, house, garage and cellar with areas and containers.
- Search across everything, even with typos, plus filters and sorting.
- Incomplete entries are flagged so nothing is missing when it matters.
Lend and borrow
- Things lent and borrowed with person and return date.
- Items from your landlord kept separate from your own.
Care and reminders
- Maintenance with intervals and suggestions, damage with photos and repair.
- Email reminders for warranty end, MOT, servicing and returns.
Sell and close
- Ready-made sales listings for eBay and Kleinanzeigen, for vehicles also mobile.de, for watches also Chrono24.
- Sold, disposed of or given away: entries move to the archive. Deleted entries can be restored for 30 days.
Reports as PDF
- Insurance report per location including garage and cellar, with purchase prices, photos and receipts.
- A separate report for collections with market value and purchase price.
- Provision folder for your family and handover protocol for furnished flats.
Your data
- Export all entries with photos and documents.
- German and English; delete your account and all data yourself at any time.
- The insurance report and the underinsurance hint are for guidance only and say nothing about your insurance contract.
- You enter the values of collections yourself; Myntory does not determine prices and does not replace an appraisal.
- The handover feature does not replace a legally reviewed protocol.
- Myntory is a test version and works online.
